Do you offer commissions?

Do you ship to EU countries?

Unfortunetly we cannot ship to the EU at the moment, due to new shipping and customs regulations. We hope to get this back up and running by 2027.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not quite yet, but we are working on it as we build our range! :)

Do you work with other brands/publishers?

Yes! Alongside running Beccotti, I am also a freelance illustrator. I specialise in children's books, greeting cards and licencing. Please reach out to check my availability via hello@beccotti.com

  • Where are your products made?

    We take great care in sourcing the best suppliers for our products, focusing on quality, sustainability, and ethically sourced materials. To minimise our carbon footprint, all products are made in the UK, unless stated otherwise.

  • How are your products packaged?

    All our products are packaged with the environment in mind, using biodegradable clear bags, wrapping paper, and plastic free padded envelopes for extra protection during shipping. For Giclee and fine art prints/ original paintings on paper, these will be reinforced with an extra card backing to prevent damage in transit.

  • Can I mark my order as a gift?

    Sure! Please leave a message at checkout so we know to leave out the packing slip and replace it with a small custom greeting card with your message.

  • International orders

    Orders are shipped from the UK. International orders, including those sent to the US, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or handling charges set by the destination country or postal service. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship to most countries across the world including UK Mainland, US, Canada and Australia. We are currently unable to ship to countries in the EU due to new shipping and customs regulations. We apologise for the inconvenience </3

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    We aim to get your order processed and dispatched between 1-3 working days. Please be aware that although we always do our best to meet this aim, it may not always be possible (especially during peak seasons, e.g Christmas). As we are only a small shop, all orders are packed by myself and sometimes a family member to ensure your order is dispatched on time. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering in a hurry!

  • Will my order be tracked?

    All UK orders are tracked via Royal Mail 48 hour service. For all other countries, orders are untracked to save shipping costs, but you can upgrade to tracked international shipping if needed at checkout. You will recieve your tracking number with your dispatch notifcation.

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

    All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail services. For UK customers, we expect your order to arrive between 2-3 working days (aim), between 7–14 working days for US & Canada (aim) and between 10–20 working days (aim) for Australia.
