Shipping Locations

All orders are packed and sent from the UK. We ship the most countries across the world including the UK, US and Canada, and Australia. We are currently unable to ship to countries in the EU due to new shipping and customs regulations. We apologise for the inconvenience </3

 

UK Orders

All UK orders are tracked via Royal Mail 48 hour service. You will recieve your tracking number with your dispatch notifcation.

 

International Orders

For all other countries, orders are untracked to save shipping costs, but you can upgrade to tracked international shipping if needed at checkout. You will then recieve your tracking number with your dispatch notifcation.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

Orders are shipped from the UK. International orders, including those sent to the US, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or handling charges set by the destination country or postal service. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Dispatch Times

We aim to get your order processed and dispatched between 1-3 working days. Please be aware that although we always do our best to meet this aim, it may not always be possible (especially during peak seasons, e.g Christmas). As we are only a small shop, all orders are packed by myself, and sometimes a family member to ensure your order is dispatched on time. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering in a hurry!

 

Returns

If you need to return your order, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please read our returns policy for more info.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty
