Returns & refunds
We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and refunds work. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beccotti.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

To protect our home address and to ensure returns are handled securely and efficiently, we use a dedicated processing address in Poole. This address is used solely for returns and official correspondence.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returning items
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Return postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@beccotti.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Some items may be exempt from return such as bespoke custom orders, commissions or gift cards. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
