How it works

  • 1. Become a penpal

    Choose your letter option to join the penpal list. Please sign up by September 30th to avoid missing out. There is currently no subscription option, so you don't need to worry about any unexpected payments. Simply pre-order the latest letter and wait for dispatch (Physical letters available to Non EU members only).

  • 2. Wait for Dispatch

    Your letter will be gently packed by the village post office and sent out on dispatch day to arrive safely at your door.

  • 3. Recieve your letter

    Each letter contains limited edition artwork and keepsakes for you to enjoy and cherish. Want to write back? You can find our return address on the outer packaging of your letter.

A letter arrives from Elderberry Brook

Every other month, one of the villagers will sit down to write to you. Their letter will share a little of what has been happening around the Brook, the neighbours they've bumped into, the places they've been and the small things that have filled their days.

A little piece of home

Gently tucked inside your envelope will be little pieces of village life to collect and cherish, such as illustrated prints, keepsakes and stickers to decorate the seasonal village scene.

All artwork is painted, printed and packed by Rebecca from her studio in Wales. All art prints you recieve will also be signed, titled and include the serial number on reverse.

Learn about the village

With each letter, you'll collect another little piece of Elderberry Brook and get to know its villagers a little better. Each month, a different villager will write to you and talk about their day in the sleepy Elderberry Brook.

FAQs

Do you ship to the EU?

Unfortuntely not. However, digital/printable versions will be available shortly. Please join the mailing list to be notified of updates.

Is this a subscription?

While this is a collectable series, it does not currently have a subscription option. Simply pre-order your letter and wait for dispatch.

How will my letter be shipped?

Your letter will be carefully packaged in a rigid outer envelope for safety whilst making it's way to your home. All letters are shipped via Royal Mail. This service is untracked.

Can I catch up on previous letters?

Due to this being a limited, collectable series, archived letters are currently unavailable to purchase after the dispatch window. However, you can catch up on village scene stickers if you join late in the season.
